When you request a quote, use the planning estimator, ask about a plant tour, or contact us, you may provide:

• Your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
• Information about your goods, industry, weekly volume, route cadence, service needs, and account preferences.

Our website and service providers may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, page URL, and submission time.

How we use information

Quote submissions may be processed by Formspree. Planning-estimator and lead information may be processed by website hosting, security, and account-management providers acting for Shelton. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services.

Shelton does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Browser storage and external services

The pricing estimator and Services-to-Quote handoff may use temporary browser session storage to preserve your selections while you move between pages. This information normally clears when the browser session ends or after it is used.

Shelton may use privacy-limited, first-party website analytics to understand page visits, selected calls to action, broad engagement with named interactive sections, coarse page-load performance, and broad estimator milestones. These analytics use a random identifier stored only for the browser session; Shelton retains only a one-way digest of that identifier for reporting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in website analytics. A separate one-way security token derived from network information rotates daily and is used only to limit abuse. Analytics do not include form contents, exact estimator quantities or prices, full page addresses with query parameters, referring-page addresses, or the words displayed on the page.

First-party analytics are disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track preference, and on local website previews. The site does not use Shelton-operated advertising trackers. Some pages may request fonts, icons, or map resources from third-party services, which may receive standard network information.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and account information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and protect the site. The exact period depends on the type of inquiry and whether a commercial relationship is established.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by contacting Shelton. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
